Layken Farrar joined Look Properties in October 2026 as the Property Services Coordinator. In this role, she assists with the daily operations of the company's residential and commercial properties, including lease coordination, tenant communication, property records, and supporting the property management team.

Layken is currently a senior at Oklahoma State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business with a minor in Agricultural Real Estate Appraisal. She will graduate in December 2026 and is also working toward obtaining her real estate license.

Prior to joining Look Properties, Layken gained experience in agricultural lending, residential real estate, and customer service. Her previous roles provided opportunities to work directly with clients, assist with real estate transactions, and develop an understanding of various aspects of business and property management.

Originally from Sundown, Texas, Layken comes from an agricultural background, having grown up in a farming family in West Texas. Her upbringing in agriculture influenced her interest in business, real estate, and building relationships within the community.

Outside of work and school, Layken enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and spending time with Moose, her golden retriever. She looks forward to obtaining her real estate license and expanding her role in serving Look Properties and its clients.
