Lara Petty joined Look Properties in January 2025 as a part time Showing Agent. Since then, she has taken on a growing range of roles within the company — including front desk operations and property management liaison work — and now leads marketing and outreach efforts across the portfolio.

In her marketing role, Lara has helped grow Look Properties' Instagram presence and preleasing campaigns, contributed to Meta and Google Ads efforts, and worked on virtual tour setups for properties like The Courts and The Heights, along with a smoother tour-booking process for prospective residents. She also helps create community events for tenants and finds ways to show appreciation to students on campus — bringing goodies and helping make the renting process feel a little easier during the busyness of school life.

Lara studied History at Oklahoma State University, where she served on the leadership board of the History Club and was an active member of the Student Union Activities Board. She also interned with National Geographic on a research study of Standpipe Hill in Tulsa — the site where OSU-Tulsa now stands — helping facilitate numerous projects throughout her studies.

That love of history is part of what drew her to Look Properties. Lara finds real joy in learning the stories behind the older buildings she works with, and in watching students build their own histories during their years here — a role that lets her bring together her appreciation for the past with the energy of the present.



Outside of work, Lara is currently planning for her November wedding with her fiance, Chandler. They are always on the hunt for the best new coffee spot between OKC, Stillwater, and Tulsa. She spends her free time with her cat, Glendale, and her dog, Moose or at any antique store she can find.
