Look Properties provides property management, real estate, and rental services in Stillwater, Perkins, Perry, and surrounding Oklahoma communities.

Applications can be found under the “For Rent” tab. Select the property you are interested in and select “Apply Now”. There is a $40 application fee for all applicants.

All leases are offered as 12-month terms beginning June 1 or August 1. We do not provide alternative lease lengths.

There is a $40 application fee per tenant. Upon approval, once the lease is signed, the security deposit—equal to one month’s rent—is due within 24 hours. Pet deposits, if applicable, are also due within 24 hours of lease signing.

You deposit can be paid online through your Tenant Portal or in person with check or money order.

Maintenance requests must be submitted through your Tenant Portal. A team member will respond within 24 business hours. For emergency maintenance, please call 405.533.1767.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. A $25 late fee is applied on the 6th and increases by $5 per day until the balance is paid in full.

Rent may be paid online via debit card, credit card, or bank transfer. In-person payments are accepted by check, cashier’s check, or money order. Cash is not accepted.

Renters insurance is not required but is strongly encouraged. In the event of a fire, flood, or other natural disaster, personal belongings are not covered under any property insurance policy.
