Dannah Whelan

As Director of Finance & Operations for Look Properties, Dannah Whelan oversees the accounting and operational side of the downtown Stillwater office, working alongside the leasing team to create a great experience for both clients and residents. Dannah loves organization and a well-built process, and takes her spreadsheets and to-do lists very seriously. Meticulous about the details, she enjoys creating the systems behind the scenes that help the team stay organized, consistent, and focused on taking great care of clients and their properties.

Dannah is also a Broker Associate and REALTOR® with eight years of experience in real estate and property management. Outside of property management operations, the real estate side of the business is one of her favorite parts of what she does. She loves working with clients to purchase their first investment property or add to an existing portfolio and being part of that process from the very beginning. Dannah especially enjoys helping clients see the potential in a property and providing guidance on design and renovation projects that can add value, increase marketability, and help maximize their return on investment.

With experience across real estate, property management, and operations, Dannah is able to look at an investment from more than one angle—from the initial purchase and improvements to day-to-day management and long-term goals. She is passionate about making sure the properties entrusted to Look Properties receive the same care and attention she would want for her own investments.

And then there are Fin and Goldie—Dannah’s two beloved babies and Look Properties’ official office mascots. She is lucky enough to bring them to work with her every day, where they take their responsibilities of greeting visitors, supervising the office, and boosting morale very seriously.

For Dannah, the best part of what she does is getting to combine the things she genuinely enjoys: taking care of people, creating order out of chaos, and helping clients make the most of their investments.
