Cory Williams

Cory Williams is the owner of Look Properties and a licensed attorney with 20 years of experience practicing law. After purchasing investment properties with a partner and personally managing the leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, Cory identified a demand for professional property management services in the Stillwater market.

In 2010, he founded Williams Property Management to meet that need; the company was rebranded as Look Properties in 2020 and services were expanded to include not only management but a full-service brokerage handling commercial and residential sales and development. What began as a complement to his legal practice has since become his primary focus, with the company now managing a portfolio of approximately 750 multifamily and single-family residential units.

For the past 15 years, Cory has concentrated on the historic redevelopment of downtown Stillwater, guided by the belief that a vibrant downtown core is essential to a community's identity and long-term vitality. His redevelopment efforts have restored and repurposed buildings now home to District Bicycles, Elite Repeat, Salon 27, Hatch Early Mood Food, Empire Slice House, Stonecloud Brewing & Tap Room, and 17 bedrooms, reflecting a deliberate mix of retail, hospitality, and residential uses in the city center.

Cory previously served the Stillwater community as State Representative for the district from 2008 to 2018 as well as numerous charitable boards. He currently serves as Vice Chair of Visit Stillwater. Cory resides in Stillwater with his son Canton and two Aussie-Doodle, Ellie and Bentley, while his oldest son, Kase, attends the University of Oklahoma.
